Department of MBA


The department of MBA was established in the year 2006 with an intake of 60. The Department has been playing a proactive role in shaping the emerging and dynamic corporate culture to our students. The department has steadily been in the pursuit of its objective of achieving exCellence in management education. The department is well equipped with good infrastructure and well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty. The department lays special emphasis on management activities for all round development of student managers. The department ensures an effective academic industry interface by organizing periodic industry visits to facilitate practical orientation, student projects and placements.

Departmental programmes are very carefully designed to develop the students into global leaders who can create wealth for their organizations. At the same time we ensure that our students have an understanding and appreciation of Indian economic and societal realities. Above all we prepare them to be principled organizational managers and leaders with a caring attitude and ethical orientation, which, we think, is absolutely essential in the present business environment.

HOD Profile


Dr. Naresh Guduru Associate Professor & Head of the Department for MBA at Balaji Institute of Technology & Science – Narsampet (TS) Affiliated to JNT University of Hyderabad. He acquires an appreciable academic record from beginning of his education. He holds Post Graduate Degrees M,Com.,M.B.A Ph.D. and B.Ed. He has 16 years of experience in teaching at UG & PG Level, his area of specialization is accounting and finance. He has also published about 27 Research papers in Reputed National and International Journals and attended Many National and Internationals Conferences his articles are published in books which have ISSN & ISBN. He attended many FDPs & Seminars at National and International level. He Received Kakatiya Nandi Award-2021 “Under service category in Covid-19 Pandemic situation to serving poor people and also he Received International Award “ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP” International Award Conference on RACE 2019 at Bangkok. He received Teacher Innovation Award from Zero investment innovations for education initiatives (ZIIEI) IN 2019 & 2020. He is a review committee members InSc Reviewer for Journal Of Institute of Scholars (Insc) International Journal of Management & Social Studies,. Member of Indian Academicians and Researchers Association (IARA). Editor of International Journal of Advanced Educational Research(IJAER) Gupta Publications. Professional Member for Institute for Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP).
