Guest Lecture

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering organized a Guest Lecture on “Transistor Technologies for Future 2nm Technology Node Applications” for B.Tech III Year ECE students on 27-02-2026.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. J. Ajayan, Professor & Dean (PG), SR University, who provided valuable insights into advanced transistor technologies and emerging challenges in sub-2nm technology nodes.
